“I believe that you already hold the answers you are seeking. Every human being has an innate intelligence that guides growth and healing.
My role as a therapist is to act as a mirror, reflecting your strengths, highlighting blind spots, and helping you reconnect with this inner wisdom. Therapy becomes a space where insight turns into self-trust and meaningful change.”
I'm a clinical psychologist and life coach with a PhD in Psychology and extensive experience across mental health concerns, including adjustment and personality issues, adolescent difficulties (substance abuse, eating disorders, self-harm, ADHD, anxiety, depression and OCD) and core clinical conditions such as bipolar disorder, psychosis and schizophrenia. My expertise lies in working with personality issues, ADHD, adolescent concerns, anxiety, OCD and depression through DBT, Schema Therapy and positive psychology. As a DBT and Schema therapist I believe that every individual is doing the best they can and genuinely wants to improve.
No behaviour is simply good or bad; every behaviour is caused, and identifying and altering those causes brings sustainable wellbeing. I have worked with several NGOs in the field of mental health, and as a consultant for UNICEF I helped create operational guidelines for adolescent empowerment centres. I worked as a clinical psychologist at Tulasi Mental Health Care and Rehabilitation Centre for five years, and currently consult at CSBC (the Centre for Social and Behaviour Change, set up by Ashoka University and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation), helping adolescents and young adults learn emotion-regulation strategies, since emotion dysregulation underlies so many of the dysfunctional behaviours and mental health problems we carry into later life.
