We are still a startup. Processes are being built, priorities can change, and sometimes you will have to figure things out as you go.
That also means your work is visible. A great campaign means little without enough clinical capacity. Good therapy cannot scale without operations and technology. None of it works without a supported team.
We look for people who can take ownership, ask questions, adapt, and help build what is missing.

Product, design & engineering
Build tools for booking, clinical coordination, session notes, and outcomes tracking as part of a small team.
