Therapy FAQs.

We ask a few questions up front and match you with someone whose training and style fits what you are bringing in. If the fit is not right after the first session, we will switch you, no charge.

It varies. Some people come for four to six sessions to work through one thing; others stay on for months. Your therapist will discuss this with you after the first couple of sessions.

For most people, yes. The research is clear that online therapy is comparable to in-person care for the things it is most commonly used for. We offer both.

Yes. Sessions are private to you and your therapist. Notes are stored securely; nothing is shared with anyone outside your care team without your written consent.
