Accessibility at Emoneeds
Last reviewed: 27 July 2026
Emoneeds is committed to making our website and digital services accessible to as many people as possible. We are working toward meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. This is an ongoing effort, and this statement does not claim that every part of the website currently conforms.
What we already do
As we improve the website, we use practices that support accessible use, including:
- semantic HTML that helps assistive technologies understand page structure
- keyboard navigation for interactive controls and links
- care when choosing colour combinations and contrast
- descriptive alternative text for meaningful images
- support for reduced motion preferences where animation is used
Ongoing improvements
We review new and existing pages as the website changes. We will continue to identify barriers, prioritise fixes, and improve the experience across devices and assistive technologies.
Report an accessibility issue
If you have difficulty using any part of the website, please tell us through our contact page. It helps if you include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you were using.
We will review the issue and respond with the support or alternative information we can provide.
