I'm a licensed Clinical Psychologist with 15 years of dedicated experience in mental health. Over my career I've supported thousands of clients across some of India's leading hospitals. I provide psychological assessment and therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples and families.

My core specialisations include mood and anxiety concerns (stress, anxiety disorders and depressive disorders), guidance through adjustment issues and difficult life phases, counselling for marital discord and relationship problems, and interventions for childhood psychiatric and behavioural disorders. My clinical foundation was built at some of India's premier institutions: I've served as a Clinical Psychologist at SPS Apollo Hospital, Ludhiana and at Tulasi Health Care, New Delhi. Phil in Medical and Social Psychology at PGIBAMS, Raipur in 2011 and my Master's in Clinical Psychology in Bhopal in 2008, with a further post-graduate qualification in Counselling and Guidance. Driven by both empathy and scientific rigour, I offer personalised treatment plans, and whether I'm working with adults facing severe stressors or children navigating behavioural difficulties, my goal is to foster resilience, healing and long-term wellbeing.
