Terms & condition for Package & Session Management (OPD/ Psychotherapy & Psychiatric Sessions)
- A Package can be taken for a period of 1 month or for a longer period but all Sessions with a month must be completed during the month itself and no carry forward is allowed.
- An average online Psychiatrist and Clinical Psychologist consultation session is approximately for a period of 10-15 minutes and 30-45 minutes respectively.
- By joining a Package, it is assumed that the Client hereby gives consent for video consultation with Psychiatrist/Psychologists/Counsellor at Emoneeds (RNR Emotional Wellbeing).
- In case the Package period is getting over, it should be renewed at least a week in advance to ensure continuity in service. Failure to renew in time i.e., before the Package period is over would imply that:
- A ‘Re-registration and Processing Fees’ of INR 500 will be charged to the Client.
- The assigned Psychiatrist/Psychologist and Counsellor of the Client may be changed as they may have been assigned to some other Client in the meantime.
- No grace period or exception is allowed.
- An online or offline Psychotherapy Session includes undertaking client’s history and discussion on diagnosis, treatment objectives, and a regular schedule for upcoming Sessions.
- All Sessions and services require a prior appointment.
- Policy on Session Carry Forward:
- All Sessions which are part of the Package must be completed within the month they are scheduled.
- No carry forward of unutilized sessions to the following month is allowed.
- In case the Client is kept ‘On Hold’ then the pending Sessions will be provided once the services are resumed, but within a period of 30 days when these services are to be provided duly deducting the period on hold.
- Cancellation and Postponement of Sessions:
- No cancellation of Session by Client is allowed, and such Sessions will be considered ‘Deemed Completed’.
- However, the Client is allowed to postpone One Session amongst all Sessions in their Plan during a month but the same must be done at least 24 hours in advance so that the Clinical Team can suitably revise their schedule.
- Session Timing and Punctuality:
- If a Client joins either the offline or online Session by a delay of more than 10 minutes from the scheduled time, the Session will be considered a ‘Deemed Completed Session’ and no services will be provided.
- Outcomes in mental health services are a combination of therapeutic intervention by Emoneeds Clinical Team, self-reflection & efforts from the Client, besides the support from family and related supportive environment.
- Clinical records of the Client are confidential and will not be shared with anyone except in case of an emergency with the Care taker or as required by the Law.
12. In case of severe symptoms and/or severe side effects of medicines and/or an emergency care is required, the Client is requested to approach for an in-person consultation at the nearest Psychiatrist for early intervention.
