Emoneeds (RNR Emotional Well Being Technologies LLP)shall ensure to fully abide to the best of its standards, however in case all the reasonable and best efforts to resolve a dispute herein under through good faith negotiations, fail, you shall submit a written notice to the said website and any such dispute that cannot be resolved within thirty day(s) from the date of receipt of the same, shall be submitted to an arbitrator selected by the mutual agreement by you and the said website. The decision of the Arbitrator shall remain binding on both the parties hereto as to the questions submitted and the parties shall abide by and comply with such decision, provided however the arbitrator(s), as the case may be, shall not be entitled to empowered to award any punitive or compensatory damages other than any cost that shall be legally provided to you by the said website. That the governing law in force at such time shall be in consonance to the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 2015 (as amended till date).
