The amount and time that is invested to help people from a person to becoming a person let me take up a 6-month counseling course offered by Samadhan Centre for Counselling and Life Skills, Bengaluru. I got myself trained as a lay counsellor. Counseling gave a new dimension of understanding people. I am happy to counsel people let handle life situation better.

I have been able to extend the counselling services to address relationship issues assist to understand the importance of marriage, sexual relationship in couple, overcome masturbation, overcome identity crisis, assist couple to explain that their daughter is adapted a child, counsel school children manage to adapt a routine, counsel college student/s manage relationship issue among friends.

Also been able to empower students and adults on concerns with study life balance, career path identification, anger, stress & grief management, maintaining healthy relationship, overcome divorce pain, and improvising on timely communication.

I am associated with a dental clinic to provide tobacco cessation counselling services to the patients at the clinic. We adapt a methodology to hand hold clients right from the time they voluntarily agree with a quit date and sail through until one completely wean off the habit in turn lead a better life.
