He has 9 years of experience in psychological management of acute and chronic psychiatric illnesses such as Schizophrenia, Mood Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Dissociative Disorders, Somatoform Disorders, Dissociative Disorders, Dementia, Alcohol and Substance related disorders.His training in therapeutic intervention has been primarily focused towards Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, Client Centered Therapy, Psychoanalysis, Motivational Enhancement Therapy, Behavior Modification techniques, Supportive Psychotherapy, Cognitive Retraining, Social Skills Training, Therapeutic Recreation, Group Therapy, Family/ Couple Therapy, Psycho-education, Expressive Therapies, and Insight-oriented therapies.In addition to engagement with Tulasi healthcare, he is also pursuing PhD in Psychology where his research is specified towards psycho-therapeutic intervention in psycho-social rehabilitation programs for clients suffering with schizophrenia.
